By accessing and using PDF-to-Word.win, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PDF-to-Word.win provides a browser-based document conversion service that allows you to convert PDF files to Word documents and vice versa. All file processing occurs locally in your browser.

3. User Accounts

You may use our service without an account, subject to conversion limits. Creating an account provides additional benefits:

• Free Account: 4 conversions per week
• Pro Account: Unlimited conversions, no ads

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent conversion limits through technical means
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your Pro account with others

5. Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you convert. We claim no ownership over your files. Since files never leave your device, we never have access to them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be perfect or that the service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
